  • How to recover lost password?
    • On the Customer Register & Login page is the forgot password button. Enter your email and your password will be sent shortly.


  • How long is delivery time?
    • 1-3 Working days (Excluding special orders)


  • Checking Order Status?
    • Log on to your account and from the "My Account" page click  View All Orders, you can check status, track orders, and re-order.


  • Add New Address or Change Current Address
    • Check the Address link on My Account page to edit and add.


  • What are your store hours and locations?
    • The store hours and location information can be found on the Store Locator page.

  • What is the shipping cost?
    • If your order is under $50 there is a $10.00 fee. If your order is over $50 the shipping is free. (Excluding special orders i.e..  Furniture and other large items)


  • How do I receive a quote for setup and delivery of furniture?



  • How long do I have to return an item?
    • Returns are limited to 30 days from date of purchase.Returns after 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge of 10%.  After 60 days there will be a restocking charge of 20%.   NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
